Bucanero Trading Company Inc., does not sell tobacco or tobacco related products to anyone under the age of legal aged , nor do we sell cigarettes.

We sell premium cigars only. No other tobacco products.

Bucanero Trading Company Inc. does not sell cigars to retailers of tobacco products nor does it otherwise sell or ship cigars on a wholesale basis. All cigars sold by Bucanero Trading Company Inc., are intended for personal consumption by its customers and resale thereof is strictly prohibited.

All orders are processed and billed online via Bucanero Trading Company Inc.

Your credit card information is not stored in any form on our own company computers for your credit information safety.

Our credit card processing gateway company holds this information exclusively on their secured servers. Our web site shopping cart links to this company via their encryption software for further protection of your credit card information while submitting this information online.

Age Verification

You must be of legal age to purchase our cigars.

By purchasing our cigars you must agree to the following conditions:
I agree that I am of legal age in my state to purchase cigars. I understand that it is illegal to purchase cigars if I am under the legal age in my state. Your credit card billing address must match the address on file with your credit card company or your purchase will be denied. It is illegal to use another persons credit card without their expressed approval. It is illegal to purchase cigars for a minor.

The legal purchasing age for cigars in the United States is 18 for 45 of the 50 states, as well as the District of Columbia. Alabama, Alaska  and Utah have raised the legal age to 19. California and New Jersey the legal age is 21. Bucanero Trading Company Inc, only sells our cigars to legal aged adults.

We reserve the right to ask for I.D. if necessary. We do not sell cigarettes only our own handmade cigars. In instances in which credit card verification is not enough, we may card. This means you will be asked to fax (1-813-375-4426) a legible copy of your identification clearly showing your age. Customer who live in Alaska, Alabama, New Jersey, or Utah, be prepared to provide this to us. Parcels containing cigars that leave our warehouse may be shipped AGE SENSITIVE ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED and marked AGE SENSITIVE RECIPIENT MUST BE 19 and an ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

Buyers abroad are responsible for complying with their countries local and federal tobacco laws and fees associated with their orders, however we can ship as instructed as long as the customer assumes all risks. All prices identified on our website are in United States dollars (US$).

Address Verification

All billing address information you provide must match up in our AVS with that of the cardholder. If this does not match, your order may be held until this is resolved or until you provide a matching address. We check all new customer orders which have a different “Bill to” and “Ship to” address either by telephone or via e-mail contact to prevent credit card fraud.

Credit Card Fraud

We take credit card fraud very seriously. For the protection of card holders and ourselves, orders that appear fraudulent may be held for manual review. If necessary, a representative will call you to verify the order. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable period of time, the order may be canceled.

Manual review may delay the shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped.


Florida law does not require the collection of state excise taxes on purchases made by non-Florida customers ( out of state shipments). It is the sole responsibility of each purchaser to comply with any and all applicable laws of your particular jurisdiction regarding the payment of taxes.

Shipping Damage

If the order appears to be damaged, refuse delivery. Once we receive the damaged goods, we will we re-ship the order.

Right to Limit Quantity

We reserve the right to limit quantity on all Orders.

Bucanero Trading Company Inc, Shipping and Terms Policy:

United States shipping:
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Each package of cigars will be shipped in humidity controlled zip lock bags to assure freshness.

We ship our cigars anywhere in the United States using UPS or USPS Prioriy Mail.
UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

United States P.O. Boxes:
For shipments to P.O. Boxes within the United States they must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Post.

When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total package weight of your order, method of shipping and our retail price of the cigars you have ordered, excluding applicable state sales tax. Orders shipped within Florida will be charged state applicable taxes.

APO/FPO Military and Government Service Employee’s Shipments:
We ship to the entire U.S., its territories and possessions, including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and overseas military APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to APO/FPO/FOB or P.O. Boxes cannot be delivered via UPS and must be shipped USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Post .

Canada and other Global Shipments:
All Global Shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail (United States Parcel Service) or USPS Priority Mail International Small Flat-Rate Box. Delivery Confirmation will be required as to be able to track and assure delivery.

We do not manufacture nor sell cigarettes or artificially flavored products only fine cigars. The purchaser of our cigars must be 21 years of age or older. Each transaction must be made by an adult age 21 or older. All purchases must be sent via UPS or USPS with an Adult Signature required. These terms assures that the person ordering our cigars are of legal age. We apologize if this is inconvenient but it is very important for us to comply to all current laws both state and federal.

Bucanero Trading Company, Inc. will charge the appropriate sales tax for shipments within the State of Florida. Residents outside of Florida are responsible for paying any taxes due in your state.

Bucanero Cigars Inc, Return Policy

Original shipping will be refunded only when one of the
following is true:
1. Defective merchandise.
2. Wrong sample pack shipped in error.
3. Sampler pack damaged in transit.
Return shipping will be at our expense by UPS Ground.
We will issue a “UPS call tag”. The sampler pack must
be available for UPS pickup at the original U.S.
ship to address.
Return of Merchandise:
Returning merchandise must
have been purchased within the last 30 days.
You must contact us within this period of time
and obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) from
Bucanero Trading Company, Inc. You must contact
our service department at 1-888-751-3489 and receive a RMA number
or email us @ Questions/Contact Us
No returns accepted without an RMA#.
No returns accepted on the matching sample pack
when more than one cigar has been consumed.
All remaining cigars must not have been cut or partially consumed
and must be in good condition.
NOTICE: No returns will be accepted without prior

One you have obtained a RMA#, please follow these simple
guidelines to return your cigars:
IMPORTANT: Sample packs must be returned
in the furnished Enviromental conditioning packs.
DO NOT return any cut or partially
smoked cigars. If returns are received in less than
adequate condition, our Service Department reserves
the right to refuse the package and deny credit to your
credit card account. All sample packs will be pro-rate
based upon the number of cigars consumed ( maxium one cigar consumed).
1 .Please ship the Sampler Pack securely in a
shipping box for shipping. Do not use damaged boxes
or boxes that have incurred excessive moisture.
2. Enclose your original invoice in this box or a copy of such.
3. Denote the RMA#, on the OUTSIDE of the
package and on your enclosed invoice.
4. Call our Service Department at 1-888-751-3489. Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST. We will
mail you a PREPAID UPS return label.
5. Place the UPS return label on your shipping box. Give this package
to your UPS agent or take it to a UPS drop box or UPS Store and
drop it off they will ship it back to us.
Our Customer Service Department will
notify you when this return has been received and
processed by telephone or email.
At this point you will be issued a credit to your credit card account
based upon the above conditions.
We can only accept returns via UPS.
