Cigar Aficionado Magazine Reviews – 90 Excellent Rating
The Bucanero Z cigar blend reminds many a cigar aficionado of another great cigar, the Padron Annivasario. Its a great cigar ranging in strength from medium plus (Churchill) to full body(Toro). Its perfect draw and its abundance of flavor and its great lingering finish make this one super fine stogie.
(Medium Body- Full Body)
Toro (6 x 50) Single Box Pressed
Churchill (6 7/8 X 48) Double Box Pressed
Belicoso (6 x 54)
Introduced in 2003 the Bucanero Z exhibits the flavor and construction of the very best in what a great cigar should be.
It has a toasty, slightly spicy aroma at the start. This blend has a unique taste that’s quite satisfying to your mouth. There’s a slight caramelized note and a long finish that exhibits some sweetness. This combination has a strong comparison to the Padron Anniversaro, as it’s quite satisfying. There’s a nice but modest peppery accent at the end of the cigar. The Z has one hell of a great finish and a highly compelling after taste. Smoke one you will want to fire up another and another.
Its just one great cigar!
